New Ruijie Layer 3 Managed Switch failed to sync in Ruijie Cloud (but appear normally in local Switch eWeb interface)
Hi, I have a Ruijie CS83-24GT4XS, I have added the switch into cloud but it stuck at "Waiting" in Config Status...Software Version:CS83_RGOS 12.6(3)B1403

May i know the SN of your device?
and how is the current network topology looks like
if there is firewall on the network?

The SN: G1SKAS0085731
The topology is new Layer 3 switch will become uplink and manage inter-vlan for other Layer 2 switches
Topology:
1) Fortinet FortiGate Firewall (with Internet)
2) Ruijie RG-CS83 L3 Switch
3) Ruijie NBS3200 L2 Switches (7 units, 1 offline for maintenance)

and other devices online on the Cloud properly
