Please help me to connect my EG105G V2 to Ruijie Cloud, yesterday I already connected but today I notice that the router is not connected on the cloud.

Hi sir,

Where did you purchase the device? Can you provide your purchase voucher?  This is my email:  liuxiyang@ruijie.com.cn. According to your screenshot, the device was purchased from China.
