If the AP is managed by hardware AC, you may login to the Web management page of the AC, and choose Network——AP——Channel to edit the Max STA Counts:

If the AC is in Fat mode, you may login to the web management page of the AP, and choose Netowrk——Channel to edit the Max STA Count:

If the AP is managed by MACC, you may Choose Configuration——Group Config——Radio to edit the Max STA Count.
