Hello,
I‘m sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on current information.
Can you help to check the following aspects:
1. Please confirm how far you are from the device. Its wifi coverage radius is 30 meters. If you're too far away, test closer.
2. If you were near the device during the test, log in to the device to check the power configuration. I've attached screenshots of cloud and web respectively for your review. If the power is too low, you can try turning it up appropriately.
cloud:

3. Please check the Channel Width and Channel of the device, as well as your current country cod(You can find this configuration on the power configuration interface). You can try to change the channel. Some phone or laptop may not support scanning into the current channel. Or the current channel may not be supported in the country code you selected.
4. Please confirm whether the device has a 2.4G SSID for broadcasting. You can judge by the SSID name and 2.4G channel number. If the device is not broadcasting, you can try to create a new 2.4G SSID for test, or try to restart the device.

If the issue still exists, please help to share your network with me via email (guominxiang@ruijie.com.cn) and talk with me again. I would be glad to help you in Community.

Hello,

1. If the device does not broadcast the 2.4G SSID, can you check the configuration? Did you select the 2.4G frequency band?

2. Can you create a 2.4G ssid and test it?

3. Is it possible to reboot the device and check?
If the issue still exists, please help to collect the result of the test screenshot and talk with me again. I would be glad to help you in Community.

Hello,

Hello,
Thank you very much for sharing, I have received the network.
After checking, the device actually uses channel 6 of 2.4G. However, I found that after you configured 2.4G, MBSSID in the cloud shows channel 36. This may be the reason why the device cannot broadcast the 2.4G SSID

We tried to configure it on a local device, but the issue did not recur. Can I request you to share the project with write permission? I need to ask our R&D to check this problem.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. I would be glad to help you in Community.

Hello,

Thank you very much for sharing, I have received the network.
Hello,
I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Current R&D has examined and provided a solution. R&D will add commands in the background of the device, after which the device needs to be rebooted.
Can I know when the device will be rebooted? In this way, I can make an appointment for R&D and ask him to help me add commands. Then I can reboot the device from web for you.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me. I would be glad to help you in Community.

Hello,

Hello,

I'm sorry we didn't solve your problem sooner.
We have operated the command in the background last night, and checked that the SSID of "test" has been broadcast normally at 2.4G. Can you test it in the site to see if you can search and connect to a 2.4G SSID?
