If this information is prompted, you can choose Start > Run. Enter cmd > ipconfig /release > ipconfig /renew. The client obtains an IP address again. Then, you can perform the 802.1x authentication. The reason is: After the network reconstruction, an IP address in a new network segment is assigned. However, the client does not learn the address change and still uses the old IP address dynamically acquired to perform 802.1x authentication. As a result, the system fails the 802.1x authentication. To address this issue, you can manually enable the client to acquire an IP address in the new network segment.
