1.Issue Description:
The user directly connects to the IP Cam using the ES/NBS series switch, which is not displayed in the Camera List or actual topology

3.Troubleshooting:
3.1 There is no NVR scenario
1. login to the device to check whether the corresponding port traffic is normal and uploaded stably


2. Confirm IP Cam connection duration. It needs to wait 20-30 minutes. If you don't see the camera in the cloud for a long time, update it manually.



3.2 If the NVR is connected, check the NVR brand and model and check whether the NVR is supported
1.
Check whether there is only one ES device on the network. If there is no device supporting tunnel establishment, the camera cannot be obtained through NVR
2. Confirm the manufacturer and model of NVR, mainly supporting the NVR of Haikang, Dahuaand Tiandi Weiye
3. Confirm the IP address, username, password, and connectivity of the NVR

1.through the traffic switch to identify the camera, whether the traffic will be designed to security issues, according to what field or traffic to identify, customers are worried about leakage of their camera image information

Access through the Intranet tunnel is encrypted. More secure than https
4.whether only the NBS or ES scene, does not support the tunnel, NVR acquisition is not feasible
You need equipment that supports tunnels
5.No traffic on switch port Is this valid only for the camera, if the access is non-POE devices such as computers? If yes, can you add a note at the end, such as (ip cam or PoE device) similar
Both are in effect. This alarm is related to the traffic on the switch port, and has nothing to do with the connected terminal
