how to see roaming already works or not on our AC?

On the AC, run the ''show ac-config client detail mac-address''

The user status is Roam.

why my AC RG-WS6008 is showing Roam state = local ?

Dear sir

Roam state = local
means the clients hasn't roamed. You can use this command to check all the roaming users on the AC, then check again whether the user roam state displays normally:
Ruijie# show mobility user
