Failed to change Switch IP Address

Hi All,

I have purchased the XS-S1920-26GT2SFP-LP-E with firmware S19_RGOS 11.4(1)B70P4, as I want to assign a fixed IP address to the switch, so I do the followings:


1. login to the switch web management console, use the wizard to configure the ip address and the ruijie cloud platform, the ip is worked after wizard completed.
2. Restarted the system and ip address keep fixed.
3. after configure the vlan and assign the port to different vlans and restart the switch, the fixed ip address is disappear and replace by DHCP


I have tried to remove the config.text to reset the switch, as well as delete the switch record from ruijie cloud and re-register again, but all failed.
And now the switch is working well using DHCP.

Does anyone can help?

have you try to change itto static ip address on web. not by wizard.

Actually I configure the fixed ip address via console finally,

however, the problem is that the ruijie cloud cannot reflect the change, and now the switch shows offline in the ruijie cloud.

Actually I experienced this before, and tried to delete and re-register the switch but no luck
