What is the difference of RG-AP vs RG-RAP?

They are different series AP model and many devicespecifications are different.
You can refer to Reyee AP and Ruijie AP parametertable to see their differences.
Reyee AP is mainly used in SMB scenario, Ruijie APis mainly used in enterprise scenario.
