What can I do if I want the ports on the Reyee NBS switch that are blocked due to loop protection to be back in use after the loop is gone?

You can turn on one function called ErrdisableRecovery in RLDP setting of Reyee NBS switch:
Enter More> Advanced > RLDP > RLDP Setting page, enable Errdisable Recovery, click Save.
