How to change the work mode of the EW Home Routers?
On the eweb pageMobile Phone View:
1) Choose More> Switch to PC view > More > Work mode, then you can choose the mode you want.

1) Choose More > Work mode, then you can choose the working mode you want.

Dear User 20582,
May I please know what work mode your EW router is running in? Please kindly refer to the following image:

The red LED means the device pairing is disconnected, if the router is in Wireless Repeater or mesh mode, it will not be able to pass IP address for downlink devices normally, please kindly check if its working in the correct mode and whether you have set up the router properly.
