How to check the network on the device?
Mobile phone view: Choose More > Network Check.PC view: Choose More > Diagnostics > NetworkCheck. Click Start and then click OK.
The device will check the network for problems,including interfaces, routing, flow control, and Ruijie Cloud platform, andprovide solutions and suggestions for risk items.
Note: It is recommended to start with this step first. This can be a preliminary examination of where in the network the problem occurred.
