1. If VLAN settings are not enabled, you can try to enable VLAN settings

2. Check whether DHCP Snooping is enabled. If it is enabled, you need to set the upstream interface to the trusted interface.

3. Set ES to Static IP address to test whether the gateway address can be pinged
