What should I do if Reyee NBS series switch can not get MGMT IP address from uplink DHCP server?

When Reyee NBS series switch can not get MGMT IP address from uplink DHCP, here are the troubleshooting steps for you:

1). Check the uplink DHCP server to see whether the DHCP service is normal or not.

If normal, then please login to Reyee NBS switch with its default IP address to check.

2). Check the physical status on the uplink port of Reyee NBS switch. Please make sure the status is enabled, and the duplex mode can be matched with the peer side.

3). Check the MGMT IP configuration on the Reyee NBS switch to see whether you did enable the DHCP function on it or not.

The MGMT VLAN here, you can leave it blank, then NBS will get IP from the untag vlan of uplink DHCP server.

4). Check the VLAN Permit List on the uplink port of Reyee NBS switch.

If you've configured MGMT VLAN, then the native VLAN of Reyee NBS switch's uplink port should be the same as the MGMT VLAN.

5). Use the Fault Collection function to collect the error, then send it to our engineers.
