How do I use the ES switch discovering feature?

If the switch is under uniform management, some features cannot be configured independently (such as password settings). To facilitate configuration, information on the master device in the VLAN will be displayed on this page. Click the IP Address of the master device to access the Master Device page for global configuration.

The device is able to automatically discover other switches in the same management VLAN. Information on these switches will be displayed in Switch List. The first row of the Switch List displays information on the current device, and the following rows display information on other devices. Click the IP Address of a device to access the Eweb management system of the device (login required).

Note: The number of switches that can be discovered varies with product modes:
1.RG-ES226GC-P, RG-ES218GC-Pand RG-FS303-ABcan discover 32 switches.
2.RG-ES205C-P, RG-ES205GC-P, RG-ES209C-P, RG-ES209GC-P, RG-FS306-Pand RG-FS306-Dcan discover 16 switches.
