You can configure it according to the following commandRuijie (config) #inter g1/9
Ruijie (config-GigabitEthernet 1/9) #carrier-delay?
< 0-60 > Carrier Transitions delayed in seconds
Ruijie (config-GigabitEthernet 1/9) #carrier-delay 5--- >if G1/9down goes down, but it goes up again within 5s, then switch thinks that the interface is not down, and the interface state remains unchanged
