Wifi Calling EW3200GX-PRO
Edited by Nadair Int at 2023-8-15 16:39Good day, Wifi calling not working on EW3200GX-PRO. How do I configure this device to allow for wifi calling? Wifi calling definitely works on my mobile device when connected to other networks, so the problem isn't with the configuration of my mobile device.
may i ask in which mode is the device?
and how is wifi calling disabled? plz provide screenshots.

Device is in router mode.
And regarding your question about how the wifi calling is disabled? When I want to call from my cell phone through the wifi calling mode on my cell phone it doesn't work. As soon as I connect to the wifi on a different network icon appears on my phone (see screenshot)data/attachment/forum/202308/15/165859dgjzaxt808jen637.png
The above icon not appearing when connected to the EW3200GX-PRO

as i seached the datasheet of this model EW3200GX-PRO, it doesn't support wifi calling function, sorry.

WIFI calling is similar to VOIP packets? so is that not supported?
WIFI calling is based on the cellphone capabilities NOT the router?
Unless certain ports are blocked?

WiFi calling works for me.
