MESH WIFI RG-RAP2260(G) NOT WORKING

HELLO GUYS..

i'm using RG-NBS3100 and RG-RAP2260(G)
its always says need upgrade to the latest version but i already did that

it is not compatible?

Did all the related devices upgraded to the latest version? Does this show on cloud (as "latest")?

yes, im upgrade all of my device to the latest but still cannot use the Mesh feature on cloud
i checked also on android app but its also say it must be upgraded to the latest

am i missing something or step?
