RG-S6120 VSU how to change active SW-B to SW-A after SW-A reboot ?

from config CoreSW-A has reboot and CoreSW-B change to active
after CoreSW-A is online, CoreSW-B not change to standby and CoreSW-A not change to Active
please suggest to me.

Dear sir

To ensure VSU stability, the switch role will not change unless it detects the active switch is down.
