Email sending does not work for alerts.

I enabled sending emails related to the status of the "WAN" ports, but it doesn't work, only if the device goes offline. What to do?

Hi:

You can refer to the following pictures about how to enable these alerts:
1. Select alarms:

Hello Javier, how are you?

I already have these options active and contacts configured, I receive an Offline Device alert, but not WAN-related problems.
