RG-ES205GC-P Uplink crosstalk
I have an RG-ES205GC-P and want to connect the switch to the router. but when connecting it via UTP cable, the uplink ethernet status is crosstalk, it says Environment or cable causes alien crosstalk, which can be ignored if there is no influenceand the ping test results to the switch device are corrupted, so the switch cannot connect to the cloud and causes client latency to increase. i try replace cable, and pretty sure that the cable is normal. Is there a solution that can be tried?

May I know if you use the same cable connected other device to the uplink device whether the client also has delay network? May I know your client is wired connected or wireless connected that has this issue?

I have tried the same cable to connect the router to another device and the results are normal. only when connected to a switch device does crosstalk result. I have 5 switches all have the same error. My device can't connect to the cloud because of this issue.

Sorry for my late reply. For the ES switch offline issue, can you help check whether the ES switch has got IP address on this page:

Please connect your PC to the port of the ES switch, then ping 'iotsvr-as.ruijienetworks.com' on that PC or laptop to check whether it can ping normally.

Sorry for my late answer, the ES switch has got IP Address, and i can remote it from browser but it still offline on cloud.

It is limited by the hardware performance so it will ping delay with the IP address of ES switch itself. But won't affect the data transfer between clients connect with it. So please help confirm whether the client connected to the ES switch is stable.

terkait masalah ini, saya sudah menemukan solusinya melalui bantuan RITA. mengubah secara manual DNS pada switch dengan 8.8.8.8 dan sekarang perangkat sudah online di cloud dengan sempurna. thankyou.
