BUG ON THE NEW RUJIE FIRMWARE UPDATE
RATE LIMIT DOESNT WORK WHEN SMART FLOW CONTROL IS ENABLED.What is the point of the rate limit when it doesn't take effect wether the smart flow control is enabled or not.
