Captive portal showing Failed to connect

May I know did you select AP and SSID to create a portal?

2.May I know there is Reyee EG on the same network?Reyee EG and Reyee AP can not enable the portal at the same time
3.If only Reyee AP on the network,but it still show failed to connect, it will need to delete the original portal then create a new one

Have you tried to delete the portal and create portal again?
then forget the wifi on the phone, connect the new portal again
