Device missing
Created the new project in Ruijie cloud and added the new device. After that, the device does not appear in the Ruijie cloud. Make sure the device is connected to the internet but the device does not appear in topology. Please advise.Dear sir
May I know can you provide the SN and send the SN to this email: liujunhui1@ruijie.com.cn
so we can knowif the device is bind to your account
