why when i open a excel in one drive dont open
hii have a problem
when i try to open a one drive file staying conected via ruijie i have problem some times open , other times dont open faile
but if i open the file stayn connected directly to my isp ...always open the file
you know how solve it?

how is your topology connected? maybe ISP > EG >PC?if not, can you let us know how is it please?
