How to download and downgrade firmware RAP2200E
Hi bros.I have got the seriously issue: after upgrade Firmware to latest version (ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301)
the signal and bandwidth was throttled.
I have 8 RAP, and cloud control.
2 RAP got this issue.
The firmware before upgrade: -
ReyeeOS 2.230.0.2003
Upgrade succeeded--Source version:ReyeeOS 2.230.0.2003
Target version:ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301
P/s: could i downgrade/rollback to elder stable firmware version via Cloud-AS control? if i could - how could I do?

May I please know whether there were any changes in configuration after the upgrade? The issue may not be caused by the firmware upgrade, would you mind reaching out to RITA live chat so that we can troubleshoot this issue?

After upgrade to ReyeeOS 2.262.0.2301 there is no any changes in configuration.
I use cloud-control
