How to check if I can not connect to the Guest WiFi

1.Device limitation
Reyee AP cannot support NAT mode for SSID, so when connect to the Guest configured on the Reyee AP
Terminal devices cannot obtain the ip address in the NAT DHCP pool

2. Check whether there is ACL set up on the DHCP server to prevent other device to connect the Guest Wi-Fi

2.1 Reyee EG:

3. Check whether there is blacklist/whitelist configuration on the SSID

3.1.check whether have enabled the allowlist on the Cloud (Only allow the following MAC addresses to connect to Wi-Fi)

3.2. Check whether have enabled the allowlist on the Cloud(Prohibit the following MAC addresses to connect to Wi-Fi)

3.3. Check whether SSID configuration have been delivery to the device properly.
