Ruijie Cloud cannot to recognized my RG-ES206GC-P switch
Hi,I have a RG-ES206GC-P switch, serial no. is: CAR800700200C
when I add this RG-ES206GC-P 6Port switch on my Ruijie cloud platform, but it can't to recognized this switch. So I can't manage it on cloud platform.
Please help me fix this issues, thanks!

code ? have you try type SN number manually to add this switch on Ruijie Cloud ? could you also help provide the screenshot about this error ?
