Logs Not Working Properly
We've recently setup cloud to make use of it's logging feature and we can't seem to see anything from the logs even though there has been several operations done on the system. Login/ACL modification/delete/etc.Dear User 87329,
May I please know what device model you want to check the configuration logs?
You may please refer to the following post:

Hello Jayden,
I'm using this model: EG210G-E
I think the issue I have regarding logs is related to several empty projects that exist in my account.
I made another post about it here.
Logs are being recorded but unfortunately only on the default project which is empty.
Is there a way to change default project or better yet delete the empty ones?

Dear User 87329,
If you are using the new Cloud UI, you may check the config logs inside the project:

You may also check the config logs on each single device in its Device Information page (access by clicking Device SN):

It was indeed an issue of the empty projects I had on my account not recording my records to the project I wanted to use.
I had to delete my old account so my project was cleared of a "bug" that I was having trouble with.
I fixed the log recording by.
1. Deleting my old account with the broken projects.
2. Letting the project make a new account for me.
The project now properly logs my actions in the correct place.
Thank you for everyone's help.
