AP (RAP6202) is connect but always in waiting status
Hi,on my customer I have 4 AP that
work perfectly
, but one of these is always in "waiting" status in device list of ruijie cloud page.
So I don't have the chance to managed by ruijie cloud.
I try to restart and re-adding with SN, but the problem persists.
Can you help me?

May I know the how is the network topology looks like
are all APs connecte to the same switch and these APs are the same model?
if there is firewall on the network?
