Captive portal not working for guest users
I set up a separate SSID for guest users and create a portal for them to authenticateThey can connect to the SSID but the portal did not appear for them, they managed to get internet access straight away without having to authenticate.
We have 2 APs and both of them are managed in Ruijie Cloud and We do not have EG router in our environment, only the 2 Ruijie APs
Model: RAP2260(G)
AP1 FW: ReyeeOS 2.230.0.2003
AP2 FW: ReyeeOS 1.61.1914

Are both AP models RAP2260G? If so, you need to upgrade the AP version to the latest to support the captive portal function.

yes both of the AP models are RAP2260G
but i can see the captive portal option inside the ruijie cloud, does this mean even though the option is there i cannot use it unless i upgrade both to the latest version?

Yes sir , If you are not the latest version, you cannot sync the configuration locally even after configuring it on Ruijie Cloud.
