Switch offline in cloud portal, but AP's are Ok
Hello, since 24-01-20, all my switchs are offline on Ruijie Cloud , while AP's (on the same networks are ok)3 switches on different networks (different ISP's too)
Models are XS-S1930J (8 and 16 ports), firmware version XS1930J_RGOS 11.4(1)B70P15, Release(08182111)
Units went offline on 2024-1-20 at 15:42, 15:43 and 15:51, I tried rebooting 2 of them but they don't get back online.
Ping to devicereg.ruijienetworks.com returns timeout (IP is 3.74..), but also on Wireless AP's that are online
Local access is ok.
