Disappeared

Hey members
I have 10pcs of Ruijie EG105-G-V2 and they just disappeared from the cloud.
Dose someone knows what happened.

I don’t have them now but am going to every stations adding them since the disappeared from the cloud controller.

It says the devices are not in the correct country, but they were fine till now.

please how do we solve this problem of the Ruijie Routers disappearing from the cloud controller and cannot be re-added controller.

Here is the error message I see on the cloud.
It says it is designed for China Mainland and can't work on my account, although my account country is also set to China and this happened a day after I changed the cloud data center country from the local web interface which I am no longer able to find to change back manually.

as we checkec these devices are purchased from China,and devices from China can not support adding to the oversea Cloud. so it will need toConsult the domestic customer service system
