Intermittent Ricoh print and scan error after install 4 unit ruijie AP
hi,we had install 4 unit Ruijie AP, since then we have intermittent print and scan error
Ricoh brand photostat machine is connected with cable
we have 2 unit Ricoh photostat machine here , both are connected with cable
end user (both use cable & WIFI) got tell even can print and scan will be a bit slow compare to last time
i can still able to ping both Ricoh when time cannot print & scan
Can advice how to troubleshoot this type of error ? before we install this 4 AP, all are working fine.

Hi,
Could you provide us with a topology of how the ruijie aps and the printer connect ? and do users and the printer locate in the same LAN network ?
