EG210GP Gateway "Exception occurred" Failed to create tunnel

For some reason this gateway started to behave differently.
I can't create tunnel anymore unless I reboot the whole thing. Any idea what went wrong ? And what can I do ? I seem that the new firmware caused this issue.....

the gateway has no more warranty. It only happened when the firmware were upgraded recently.
The last time I seek help from support, i was rejected because the product is already out of warranty. So now , I'm stuck.

1. You can try to create several times for test.
2. If you have other devices that can create tunnels normally, you can also try to create tunnels for EG using the tunneling features of other devices:

3. If you have a firewall in your network, you can also try to unblock some ports manually and test again
