Title: 1 of 3 Rap2260(G) is getting RTO on missing on the device tab
Im using 3 RG-RAP2260(G) ap that configured 1 master 2 slave...placed on  3th floor building and distributed on each floor
1 ap experiencing RTO often and sometimes lost on device list.
The topology currently using router from ISP - unmanaged switch hub - 3 AP.
My question is :
1. Why the ap is keep getting RTO ?we already rma and get new ap because first device is broken, but the new device is getting RTO.
2. I want to buy RG-EW3000gx to replace ISP router, and will take over ISP router job, is it compatible ?
3. What's the difference between RG-EW3000gx vs rg-ew3000gx pro vs rg-ew3200gx pro ?on the web comparison is no difference

hi the issue already solved when i add new gateway with poe support and eliminate all unmanaged poe switch.
but now i have another issue...i plugged the AP into the gateway, all physical..but in my cloud portal 2 AP show normal physical, but the other 2 not showing normal, as the AP shown on virtual device instead of physical.

Hi sir,

Could you please provide the issue screenshot?
Sounds like topology not display normally,right?  If so, you can refer to these steps to troubleshooting:
1.Please check whether the AP online on cloud, if not, you can refer to this link troubleshooting:
https://community.ruijienetworks.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3290&extra=page%3D1
2. if all device online on cloud, please click updata topo, then wait 3-5mins






3.Enter the EWEB and check whether the EWEB topology is normal.

If the MACC topology is abnormal due to the inconsistency between sys mac and wan mac, the EWEB topology is normal.
4.Confirm that the wan mac of the device (below the image) is sys mac (above the image) +1

5.please confirm whether your device is the latest version, if not, update to the latest version

Could you please provide the issue screenshot?

AP_Lantai_1 and AP_Lantai 3 is detected on virtual device, not physical.
How to change or remove the virtual device that, just as two other AP like  AP_Lantai_2 and AP_Lantai_



WAN - from ISP
LAN0 - to another switch that connect to IP Camera
LAN1 - AP_Lantai_1
LAN2 - AP_Lantai_2
LAN3 - AP_Lantai_3
LAN4 - AP_Lantai_4
Additional note : all AP and gateway already on latest firmware

the WAN Mac and Sys Mac on the gateway is different one digit,
sys mac :05:6A
wan mac :05:6c

but i cant check the ap eweb using tunnel since always getting error…
