I have noticed that some of the devices on my network go offline at specific times, then automatically come back online after a while. I haven't set any configuration to cause this behavior, and I'm not sure why it's happening.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be related to any default settings, or is there something else in the network that could be causing the devices to go offline periodically? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance! Author: yujiamin@ruijie Time: 2025-1-13 15:23
Hi sir
I'm sorry that we can't provide a specific solution for you based on cuurrent information.
Please help confirm whether all the devices are offline at the same time. If yes, please check whether the power supply is working normally or whether the uplink network has changed.
Please help confirm whether the device restarted caused offline.
If the device is working normally, please help confirm whether the device can access the cloud server normally to be online on cloud. You can refer to this guide to troubleshoot the issue when the device is offline:
Please help confirm whether your environment has IP conflict issue.
Please help confirm whether your uplink gateway has multiple WANs, whether all the WAN links can work normally. Please help capture the packets on the uplink gateway to further check the offline device traffic flow.
For further troubleshoot this case, please help provide your network project sharing link to our support email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>). Please help alsp provide your device SN so that we can record this case first. Thank you for your cooperation.
