Fair-schedule prevents low-speed STAs from reducing the wireless network throughput and
provides faster network speed to STAs. To enable fair scheduling, run the following commands:
Fit AP mode: AC(config)#ap-config ap-name
AC(config-ap)#fair-schedule
Fat AP mode: AP(config)#fair-schedule
