Title: External Wi-Fi portal authentication doesn't complete
Configured the new router for external portal for authentication for the Wi-Fi. The portal server and the radius server are in cloud. After enabling the configuration for external portal authentication, page pops up and able to give username and password but the page re-pops up again and unable to complete the authentication.

No it keeps prompting the auth page and then timeout
