It is disabled.

I’m experiencing a similar issue, and I wonder if you’ve already managed to resolve it. Could you please share how you solved the problem if you’ve already fixed it?

OS: 2.324.0.2328
I encountered this issue after upgrading the firmware. I’m not sure if it’s caused by the firmware or not, so I tried downgrading to the previous firmware. i am currently waiting for the results.
