Dear customer,
You can configure flow control policy for your users via the steps below.

Configuration Steps on Ruijie Cloud (MACC Platform)

Log in to Ruijie Cloud
Access the platform via https://cloud.ruijienetworks.com/.
Navigate to the Configuration Page
- Click the Project tab in the top menu bar.
- Select the project to which the target device belongs.
- Go to Network-Wide > Optimization > Flow & App Control.

Enable Smart Flow Control
- Click To Configure on the right of Flow Control.
- Enable Smart Flow Control and set the WAN Bandwidth (uplink and downlink rates in Mbps).
- Click Save.

Add a Custom Policy
- After enabling Smart Flow Control, click Add under Custom Traffic Control Policy.
- Configure the following:
  - Policy Name: Enter a name for the policy.
  - IP Range: Specify the IP address, VLAN, or user group(user group can be configure based on the MAC address. But it needs to be configured in the eweb of the EG).

  - Bandwidth Type: Choose between Shared (all IPs share the bandwidth) or Independent (rate limit per device).
  - Rate Limit Mode: Select Overall Rate Limit or Per-IP Rate Limit.
  - Rate Settings: Set the maximum uplink and downlink rates.
  - Advanced Settings: Configure the minimum uplink and downlink rates if needed.

- Click OK to save the policy.
