It says that the device is supported by reyee app while it is a reyee device and it says that it is managed by reyee app as per the device description.

Yes, you need to access eweb to access management webpage

I bought them so i can manage them from the app not eweb, as all reyee devices can be managed from the app, please help with the solution

I want to manage them from ruijie reyee app, this is what is promised by rujie they didn't say that it is managed by third party app or eweb only, and if i need to manage them from reyee router i need to disconnect them all to join them to reyee router app and add them one by one which something i cannot do as it not allowed to disconnect any access point and i have 10

Dear customer,
You can use the same account for Reyee Router APP, Rujie Reyee APP, and Ruijie Cloud website. However, there is global and China Mainland versions of RG-M18. Only the global version can be managed by Ruije Cloud.
You can contact us on Rita(www.ruijienetworks.com/rita) and send us the SN so we can check it for you.
