Hello Everyone Any One Help me to fixed my tv, i used RG-RAP1200 using my ssid 5g and 2.4g, but my tv still connected but cannot accessed like youtube,internet and lg conten, if me using the personal hostpot youtube and anymore can connect,

Dear customer,
May I ask if you have a device like a Reyee gateway in your network? If there is one, you could try enable the IPTV/IGMP option in the settings. It is essential for some IPTV applications.

I just turn on iptv/igmp but my smart tv lg does’t connect to lg apps store and anymore apps in smart tv, im not using a iptv juga using smart tv watching a youtube and netflix
He does’t connect to apps

Dear customer,
May I ask if you have configured the authentication like a captive portal in your project and your device is upgraded to ReyeeOS 2.340?
If both of them are true, it is very likely because of an known issue that the authentication blocks the DNS request.
Would you mind downgrading the device to ReyeeOS324 temporarily and give us an update about the youtube and netflix accessing issue?

Hi GTAC-Ryan,
I hope this message finds you well.
After updating to ReyeeOS version 2.340.0.1508 on model EG210G-P, I noticed that YouTube and Netflix are no longer accessible through LG WebOS. One of our clients using the same model and software version has reported experiencing the same issue.
Would it be possible to request a link to the previous version of ReyeeOS for this model? A temporary rollback may help us restore functionality while awaiting an official fix.
If feasible, may we also suggest enabling access to previous firmware versions through the online update feature? This would greatly assist us in isolating issues more efficiently and providing timely support to our clients.

Dear GTAC-Ryan
I just wanted to provide an update regarding the issue I previously encountered. After applying the downgraded firmware version for the second time, I’m happy to report that the problem with accessing the WebOS on LG has been resolved. Both YouTube and Netflix are now working properly.
I hope that this fix can be included in future firmware upgrades to avoid similar issues moving forward.
