Problem:
I have network with Static IP devices. Why didnt DHCP see existing Static IP devices? DHCP created the same DHCP IP as existing Static IP's. This created a IP problem conflict and PBX(Voice) stopped working
Example
192.168.2.200 - PBX Static IP
192.168.2.200 - Computer DHCP IP
