Hi sir

You can try to check whether other devices in the same environment also reboot frequently.
For further troubleshoot this case, please help provide your network sharing to our support email (service_rj(Ruijie International) <service_rj@ruijienetworks.com>) via the following link. Please help alsp provide your router SN so that we can record this case first. Thank you for your cooperation.

Good day,

I have been experiencing the same error recently. After numerous tickets logged with the ISP and troubleshooting the internal network, I have finally come to the conclusion that the device might be running out of memeory and then a reboot commands is most likely delivered to free resources. As every time my device reboots, it seems that the memory reach +- 80%. runs again until memory reaches 80%.

Looking at the graphs, it also seems that when the user count is around 80 active users, the amount of processing and resources being used, increases the time intervals between each reboot.
Perhaps the device is not clearing any sessions as it suppose to?
Is there anyone else that noticed this on their router aswell, there must be a common factor amongst us that we can identify and bring to light.

Regards, Q.Büchler.

Hello,

Can you try the downgraded version to R280?

Restart issue We are pushing to resolve. There may be a temporary version for testing over the weekend, and then watch for a week later, if everything is OK, then proceed to the official release.

Best regards,
Micca

I have a similar issue where my Ruijie RG-EG105GW(T) router, which is configured with load balancing, keeps restarting. However, I have another Ruijie RG-EG105GW(T) router without a load balancing configuration, and that device does not restart. Both Ruijie routers are using the same firmware version ReyeeOS 2.320.0.2328

Sir, have you checked their power supply environment to see if it is consistent? Or you can try to unplug the abnormal EG and then plug it in again to see if the abnormal restart phenomenon still occurs.
