Title: How the AP behaves after the band select (5 GHz preferred) feature is added?

Before the AP identifies STAs:

1) The AP does not respond to proberequests from the 2.4 GHz band

2) but responds to probe requestsfrom the 5 GHz band.

After the AP identifies STAs:

(1) Single-band 2.4 GHz STAs: TheAP sends a response after receiving multiple probe requests and only ensuresthat STAs can access it.

(2) Single-band 5 GHz STAs: TheAP sends a response after receiving a probe request and ensures that STAs canaccess it.

(3) Dual-band STAs: The APresponds to probe requests from the 5 GHz band but does not respond to proberequests from the 2.4 GHz band. The AP leads STAs to access the 5 GHz WLAN. TheAP sends one response after receiving multiple authentication requests from the2.4 GHz band and only ensures that 2.4 GHz STAs can access it.
