on my cloud show message available to upgrade firmware. but still can't upgrade.

Hi sir,

May you show me your switch's current firmware version? Also may you try login the switch's web locally and then try upgrade firmware? You can download firmware file here first:https://reyee.ruijie.com/en-global/resources/software/rg-es205gc-p-b1p27-software/es205gc-p-b1p39-firmware/
