Title: Wireless Rate Limit On SSID Level is not working
Dear Support and Expert,

I have using Ruijie and Reyee for the first time and I'm encountering an issue as per subject. I have configured common SSID with rate limit per user ENABLED, however based on the test using speedtest, the limitation is not there. the speed is just same as the SSID which are not having rate limit.

Below is my devices. Between Master (EG105G) and Main (EW3000GX) were connected through cable, the rest are mesh.

the following are the configuration that I have applied

below the speed test result using ssid TAMU and the speed is surpassing the limit that I have set.

if someone have any clue on how to configure it correctly, please kindly share the way to achieve that.

thanks a lot for the support and guidance.

Hello,

Can I know what is EW working mode? Is access point mode?
If so, EW does not support flow control in this mode. That means you can't control the user's speed on EW. If you want, you can configure it on EG based on user network segment:

Hi Micca,

Yes all EW devices are in AP mode.
If I do it on EG devices, then it will limit all the user then, and this different purpose with SSID limitation.

Is there anyway in the future EG can limit based on SSID? Perhaps using separate vlans?
