When wireless STAs use VLAN 1 forlocal forwarding, an AP VLAN needs to be set on the AC.

Ruijie(config)#ap-config5869.6c84.b278//5869.6c84.b278 is the AP name.
Ruijie(config-ap)#ap-vlan 11//11 is the VLAN ID of the AP.
