If it is a portal configured in your project on a RG-EG105GW(T), you can follow the guide below to troubleshoot this issue.
If it is in a project with only Reyee APs and issue is like the following one, it may because a compatibility issue with the iOS 18.4 version. Our R&D team will release a new firmware to address this issue soon.
